BKB – ISO International Standard Type

1. This is the most commonly used typical type, with all technical parameters complying with the ISO 11901 international standard for nitrogen springs and China's national standards, as well as meeting the specifications of nitrogen springs from manufacturers such as Ford (FORD-WDX3560), General Motors (GM-M-150), and Renault.

2. It is fully interchangeable with similar foreign products, such as Kaller, Dadco, and Hyson.

3. It is typically connected into a system for use, offering convenient pressure regulation, and can also be operated independently.

4. Regardless of the duration of the work cycle, it exhibits excellent stability.

BKJ – Compact structure

1. This type is highly favored by mold designers due to its shorter base length compared to the BKB, which reduces the overall mold height and makes it the preferred choice for specialized nitrogen springs used in molds.

2. It is essentially interchangeable with similar products abroad.

3. It is typically used independently in molds with very simple installation, and can also be integrated into a system when the elastic pressure reaches ≥5000N.

4. When the work cycle duration is relatively short, its overall performance matches or exceeds that of the BKB-ISO standard model.

BKC\CG - Ultra-short high-strength type

1. It is a newly developed type, which is the shortest in length among all the current nitrogen spring models in the family. At the same time, it has a smaller outer diameter than other types of nitrogen springs (except BKH), so it is small in size but powerful. When the height space and the circumferential (radial) space of the mold design are both strictly limited, it is the preferred variety for mold designers.

2. It also has a high degree of interchangeability with similar products from abroad.

3. It is generally used independently and the installation is very simple.

4. When the working stroke is not too long, its performance in all aspects is not inferior to BKB - the ISO standard type.

BKH - Ultra Fine Strength Type

1. It is a piston-sealed type with an outer diameter that is even shorter than the ultra-short type. The output force is very large and it objectively exists. It is the preferred type when the designers are subject to strict restrictions in the circumferential (radial) space.

2. It has a high degree of interchangeability with similar products from abroad.

3. It is usually used independently and the installation is very simple. It can also be connected to form a system (an additional base is required).

4. The working stroke is generally no more than 50mm and its performance in all aspects is not inferior to the BKB-ISO standard type.
