1. How to select the appropriate air spring model?

Core 3 steps:

① Computing power (actual demand + 15%-20% safety margin);

② Selecting stroke (working stroke + 5-10mm margin, no overpressure limit);

③ Selecting boost ratio (simple process 1.2-1.4, deep forming 1.5-2.0), and it can be selected based on installation space and working conditions. 

2. Working Principle of Nitrogen Springs

Using high-purity and high-pressure nitrogen gas as the energy storage medium, the compression during mold closing and the expansion and rebound during mold opening achieve compact structure and strong elasticity. It replaces traditional springs and simplifies the mold structure.

3. Force and Travel Curve Explanation

The initial force (F₁) is the full extension base elasticity, and the terminal force (F₂) is the maximum elasticity within the rated stroke. The pressure ratio K = F₂/F₁. The greater the stroke, the steadily increasing elasticity, which is suitable for various stamping processes. 

4. Installation Options

Four standard models, covering all scenarios:

① Bottom installation (common and mainstream, simple and convenient);

② Flange installation (for heavy loads, stable and shock-resistant);

③ Slot embedding (convenient for space-saving and quick assembly/disassembly);
