Nitrogen springs for molds are elastic components with high-pressure nitrogen gas as the working medium, which require proper installation and use by customers to ensure their safety and reliability and the expected use of the effect of life. Bebecom Technology staff specially summarizes the following points for the reference of customers and friends, hope that each of them adopted!

1, to ensure that the workpiece on the top end of the piston rod of the nitrogen spring piston rod in motion with the piston rod completely fit, and have sufficient hardness. Must not make the nitrogen spring after being compressed, free air return, which can easily cause damage to the nitrogen spring, seriously affecting the spring life. (This is the cause of damage to the nitrogen spring)

2, the direction of motion of the workpiece on top of the piston rod must be parallel to the direction of movement of the piston rod; the contact surface of the workpiece at the top of the piston rod should be perpendicular to the axis of the piston rod, and bias load is strictly prohibited

3, the production stroke S of the nitrogen spring, in theory, can all be fully utilized. In actual use, we recommend not to use the full stroke, which is to prevent the die replacement or other reasons to overload the nitrogen spring beyond the stroke, it is recommended to use 90% of the stroke

4. It is strictly forbidden to put the nitrogen spring in the environment of exposure to sunlight and high heat source, and the high allowable temperature is +80℃. (The exception is special high temperature resistant nitrogen springs)
